 Details of the Balanset-1A

The Balanset-1A is a compact, dual-channel solution for balancing and vibration analysis of rotating mechanisms, including crushers, fans, mulchers, choppers, shafts, centrifuges, turbines, and other rotary equipment.

 Key Features and Capabilities

 Vibration Measurement Mode

Tachometer: Accurate measurement of rotational speed (RPM).
Phase: Identifies the phase angle of vibration signals for accurate analysis.
1x Vibration: Measures and analyzes the primary frequency component.
FFT Spectrum: Detailed frequency spectrum analysis of the vibration signal.
Overall Vibration: Monitoring the total vibration level.
Measurement Log: Stores data for subsequent analysis.

 Balance Function

Single-Plane Balancing: Corrects rotors in one plane to decrease vibration.
Two-Plane Balancing: Dynamic balancing of rotors across two planes.
Polar Diagram: Visualizes imbalance on a polar chart for precise placement of corrective weights.
Last Session Recovery: Provides the option to resume the last balancing session.
Tolerance Calculator (ISO 1940): Computes permissible imbalance per ISO 1940 standards.
Grinding Wheel Balancing: Corrects grinding wheel imbalance with three counterweights.

 Charts and Graphs

Overall Graphs: Displays general vibration levels.
1x Graphs: Represents vibration behavior at the main frequency.
Harmonic Graphs: Represents the influence of harmonic frequencies.
Spectral Graphs: Visual representation of the frequency spectrum for thorough analysis.

 Supplementary Functions

Archive: Archive and access prior balancing sessions.
Reports: Automatically generate detailed balancing reports.
Rebalancing: Enables rebalancing using stored session data.
Serial Production Balancing: Ideal for rotor balancing in production environments.

As the secretary, Tom, has noted the product that he already has received quotes for is expensive and we need to find a way to reduce that expense. Jeremy has shown us a cheaper method. Pouring tracks in some sections is a way to reduce the cost even further. Reduce the cost so that WCC can seal more road surface sooner. Beat a product price rise and unkind weather.

The front section of road section 3 on the road section map would appear to be the logical place for the trial to be done, why? because 13 of the 16 shareholders need to drive over that section to get to and from their home. That should provide enough traffic and experience for us to make the important decision.

Proposal
That WCC agree to a trial run of road sealant product for full width (2.2m to 2.6m) and tracks (0.5m to 0.6m wide) on a section of community road.

The suggested length of tracks:
The suggested length of full width:

Scope of work:
Tom Thumb 6.5 tonne Flowcon truck delivery ,
blowing off loose gravel, spraying special emulsion on the ground to help the product stick, spreading the hot mix & then whacking it with the plate compactor for a few minutes.
Cost:
$3,900 per truck load.

Fire fighting equipment / Fire Fighting Back Pack

Copy of email dated 20/03/20

Hi All,
When we orignally set up the fire trailer it was equipped with a selection of fire fightng equipment including rakes and back packs.. There uused to be 6 back packs, but when the fire trailer was fixed up for the drought there was only one rake and one back pack. In the last week the remaining back pack has disappeared.

Hi Wayne,
Sites 8 and 9 are currently connected to a 1½" line from Site 5 concrete tank. Site 5 has a 1½" line going to it. We recently installed a 1½" line to Site 7 with the intention of soon adding another 50 or so meters to take it close to the house. We are also working on installing a fire riser at Site 4 with fittings already purchased, including the required 1½" line.We have the fire risers for all sites that currently do not have them and are hoping this to be a task that we will be able to implement over the next couple of months. This includes fire risers for sites 10 and 12 that currently do not have them.

I see many jobs to be done that in my mind have a higher priority than the two tanks being isolated from one another including an extra tank for sites 11 and 13 to 16 which currently have the least amount of water storage for all sites.

Subject:Re: Halfway valves twin tanks S4 and system configuration

Hi Peter,

Please read the proposal again especially the first sentence "we have discussed...." that includes you Peter.
We discussed and agreed on this in 2019 and you confirmed that you wanted to fit a halfway outlet into both tanks and run another water pipe under the road. That makes two pipes under the road from the twin tanks at S4. This is a follow up from where we started back then.

The proposal is a reminder and involves the installation of one length of 1½" poly pipe running from one of the existing tanks, down under the road through the existing, small 250 mm diameter drain pipe then joining up with the existing poly pipe. As originally discussed. The expense is minimal. There might be three sites on one line and two on the other line. To assist your memory I have simplified the accompanying sketch as best I can (I have no reference other than the 2020 borders drawing). I have attached the sketch to this message.
