Please find attached the Agenda for a meeting to be held at 2:30pm at Site 16 (Kaelana). If you cannot attend you can vote on a print-out of the agenda and give it to someone who will be attending the meeting. The secretary can provide a printed copy if you need it.

Would like to point out that "Clearing of roadside gutters" has not been completed as per proposal. The "dig out" at S3/S4 pipe crossing was excluded and the remainder of the "dig out" filled in. The 1½" inch creek line poly pipe was routed through the 450mm Blackmax pipe breaching a gentleman's agreement to route all poly pipe needing to cross the road through the 250 mm diameter drain pipe.
